LAKE FAAKER SEE
The shimmering turquoise color of Lake Faaker See and its majestic mountain peaks make swimming in this lake an unforgettable experience. The crystal-clear water is pure enough to drink, up to 27 degrees warm, and no motorboats or scooters are permitted on the lake.
STRANDBAD DROBOLLACH LIDO
The well-maintained Drobollach adventure lido at Lake Faaker See offers ideal conditions for a relaxed day by the lake, featuring an extensive lawn with plenty of space for leisure activities and games.
The 102-meter water slide within the lido is one of Austria’s longest and an enticing attraction for visitors. While beach volleyball and table tennis facilities invite guests to engage in sports, the adjacent boat rental allows fun-filled times on the lake with rowing, electric or pedal boat. Distance: 8 km (15 minutes).

The lido is beautifully situated on the western lakeshore of Ossiacher See. Its many features include the following:

DRAU RIVER CRUISE & SWIMMING
Swimming with a difference – and without having to drive.
The Drauschiff boat takes you from the Villach historic center downriver to Föderlach. After about a 5-minute walk you arrive at the Wernberg adventure pool with its many attractions:
- 45 m water slide
- Secured kids pool with separate playground
- Sun-bathing lawn and playground
- Diving platforms
- Beach volleyball court and boccia facility
